Get to Know
Dr. Jay Patel
After practicing for a few years in Chester County, Dr. Patel has returned to Bucks County to provide excellent care with a gentle touch. In his spare time, Dr. Jay enjoys time with his family and friends, exercising, reading, golfing and is a die hard Philadelphia sports fan.
Dr. Jay enjoys hearing people’s stories and showing them that dentistry is not scary and has evolved greatly in the past 15 years. He loves the relationships he gets to form and the people he meets every day. He also loves being part of a team that understands why they do what they do: giving back smiles.
Get to Know
Dr. Gary Nack
In the early days of his career, Dr. Nack developed an interest in cosmetic dentistry and dental implants and over the years has taken many hours of continuing education to further those interests and refine his skills. Today, he practices a team-oriented approach to quality care that combines his expertise as well as those of his team of specialists, when necessary, to create long-lasting, healthy smiles.
Dr. Nack’s passion for dentistry is evident. He believes in educating his patients about the advantages of good dental health and that every patient deserves his undivided attention when diagnosing and discussing their needs. In addition to his practice, Dr. Nack is a Clinical Instructor of Restorative Dentistry at the Kornberg School of Dentistry at Temple University.
Aside from dentistry, Dr. Nack enjoys photography, golf, skiing, taking long walks with his dog Maycie as well as spending time with his wife Jodi, son Bryan, and daughter Jennie. He is also an avid Phillies, Flyers, and Eagles fan.

What to expect
During your first visit
When you first walk through our doors, you’ll be greeted by our comfortable environment and our friendly office staff. You’ll be invited to sit down and relax as you fill out any new patient forms prior to your appointment. Once those are complete and your hygienist is ready for you, we’ll invite you back into one of our operatories.
You’ll receive a cleaning, comprehensive exam, x-rays, and your doctor will sit down with you to discuss the results. If everything looks good, you’ll be able to schedule your next appointment in the front office. If anything needs extra attention, your doctor will explain the results and take time to address any questions or concerns you might have, and he will describe any further treatment recommendations.
WHAT TO BRING
In order to help make your visit more efficient, we ask that you bring your ID, your insurance information, and any patient forms you’ve filled out prior to your appointment.
